Top Blogs is a Philippine directory of weblogs and websites. Of course it is open to Filipino bloggers only. It doesnt matter which part of the Philippine territory you are in. PINOY DIRECTORY

I really forgot what I am searching a while ago and how I came up with this directory. It’s really funny that I forgot what I was doing when in fact it was just a few minutes ago. Anyway the thing is I came up with this Filipino directory. This is the second Filipino directory that I encountered. I’ll post the other one may be later, lol.

As usual this is a free directory. And it requires you to create a reciprocal link directing to their site which is obviously not that bad. And don’t be afraid to create a reciprocal link with them because this directory is a PR4 directory.
